MBABANE - At least 10 lucky Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation (ESRIC) clients will have cash to spend on Black Friday after they won grocery vouchers worth E2 500 each.
This was part of the ESRIC celebration campaign which was launched in August and would end on December 31. The next 10 winners will be announced in December. The winners were announced by the Marketing Manager Gcebile Dlamini who said that the vouchers could not have come at a more opportune time as the festive season had already started.
She said the additional clients were expected to win school fees vouchers valued at E5 000 each. Dlamini highlighted that the ESRIC client celebration campaign was aimed at honouring and appreciating the dedicated ESRIC clients who continue to choose them as their insurer.
Dlamini said the 10 lucky ESRIC clients were chosen from a randomised list of over 10 000 clients who participated in the campaign by downloading the ESRIC App, submitting their KYC details and ensuring that their premium payments were up to date. She said the ESRIC App was designed to provide convenience at the fingertips of ESRIC clients by providing them with a 360-degree view of their ESRIC policies. Additionally, she said the app enabled clients to pay for their policy premium through the built in MoMo function. It also allows clients who have not uploaded their KYC documents to do so in the comfort of their homes.
"ESRIC appreciates these clients who have joined the organisation in its digital journey by downloading the ESRIC App and further keeping their policy details and premium payments up to date," the marketing manager said.
Furthermore, Dlamini mentioned that the ESRIC App also has a service rating platform where clients were able to suggest areas of improvement for continuous development of the app. ESRIC Managing Director (MD) Zama Ngcobo said the campaigns were a way of appreciating their clients. Ngcobo stated that last year they held another campaign. He said he was happy with the feedback he was getting from clients because they might think they were doing the right thing, but only to find that the products were not speaking to what they expected clients to do.
The MD assured clients that they would improve their products as ESRIC to respond to their needs. He said some clients shared their experiences of how the ESRIC policies have improved the lives of their children who have benefited in terms of school fees.
"We are excited by the feedback because it shows that there is value in the products offered." Ngcobo thanked the clients for choosing ESRIC, adding that they could have chosen any other insurer. This, he said, could not be taken for granted.
