IT OFFICER SYSTEM DEVELOPER / ANALYST

Job Purpose

To provide a link between ESRIC’s Information Technology capabilities and the business objectives whilst performing health checks on ESRIC systems and processes. To advise on financial saving measures. To make business processes efficient and effective and deliver the organisation’s business systems’ reports for management decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Implement, configure, test, and support ESRIC business systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals.
• Produce operational reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure solutions comply with approved IT policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in systems analysis or development.
• High competency in modern development tools and databases.
