INSURANCE SALES AGENTS

Job Purpose

To drive sustainable revenue growth by securing Life and Non-Life insurance business, ensuring all acquisitions align with the Corporation’s strategic guidelines and ethical code of conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and qualify prospects through networking, cold calling, and referrals to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Act as a client Advisor and Portfolio Management, by performing comprehensive needs-gap analyses for clients to ensure they are neither under-insured nor over-insured.
  • Disclose all material information for the purpose of concluding an insurance policy.
  • Act in all respects with due care and diligence and with utmost good faith towards the Corporation and to the insuring public.
  • Promote and safeguard the interests of the Corporation regarding the business to be introduced, without prejudice to the rights of the Policyholders.

Minimum Desired Knowledge and Experience:

  • O’Level / Matric
  • Tertiary Education is an added advantage.
  • Experience in insurance is an added advantage.
